我也觉得外语的分数应该降低一些，因为汉语是我们的国语，语文考试高考占的150分，跟英语是一样的待遇，这或多或少让人不理解。所以我觉得把高考分数降到100分是非常合理的。
首先说外语的使用频率不如中文高。因为在我们国家绝大多数人都是有中文的，只是在特殊的场合才说英语。英语的用途确实不如中文更广泛。所以从我们使用语言的评论来说，英语是没有办法跟中文相比的。正因为如此，没有必要，英语占最高的比，应该分清主次，跟中文有所区别。
其次，英语虽然是国际从全球化来讲应该学习英语，但是很多人毕业之后只是在国内工作，基本上不会走出国门的。所以不如把更多的时间精力用在学习其他学科上，减少在学习英语上所有占用的时间。就拿现在的职称评定来说，就取消了外语这个项目。反正我觉得这就是一个进步。
第三，英语在我们的日常生活中，实用性确实不高。因为在我们的工作和生活中使用到英语的几率是很小的，尤其是在那些中小城市，很多工作岗位都用不到英语。但是英语作为世界通用语言，又有它存在的必要。所以适当的降低英语在高考中的分数，这是一种比较合理的，大家也能够接受的方式。
